Hamilton Hall, Room 202

Join UCI over lunch on December 10 for our last storytelling circle of the semester.

Our Stories is a student-run initiative to bring together undergraduates through storytelling. Over dinner, students tell and hear stories with our peers, developing connections through narratives of personal experience.

Our final circle of the year will be held on Wednesday, December 10, from 2:00-4:00 p.m. The prompt is: A story about a time you witnessed injustice at Columbia. No need to come with a story pre-prepared; there will be plenty of time to gather your thoughts. All are welcome!

Joining us on December 10 are special guests Dean Emeritus Robert Pollack (CC '61) and artist Amy Pollack.

Dr. Robert Pollack served as dean from 1982-1989, including during the introduction of a co-educational College and the occupation of Hamilton by protestors against apartheid South Africa. He served as a professor of Biology and founded the Center for the Study of Science and Religion.

Amy Pollack is a multimedia artist whose work reflects on scientific and social principles. She serves on the advisory board of the Research Cluster on Science and Subjectivity.

We encourage you to bring friends, break bread, and take a break from studying from finals to hear about others' experiences and share your own! Please be on time so all can share and hear.
