Join the Columbia community in celebrating the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. with keynote remarks by Professor Brandon Terry, John L. Loeb Associate Professor of the Social Sciences at Harvard University. His most recent book, Shattered Dreams, Infinite Hope: A Tragic Vision of the Civil Rights Movement (Harvard University Press), was just named to The New York Times’ 100 Notable Books of 2025. The program will also feature student readings and performances, including the Columbia University Gospel Choir, followed by a reception with music, food, drinks, and giveaways.
